Paul Smallman

My goal was to leverage the unique characteristics of the soil of Prince Edward Island to produce exceptional beef. Farming on an island is a rewarding experience as one can use to their advantage the special soil composition as well as resources coming straight from the sea to reach a spectacular effect on the quality of the grass fed to the cattle. Inspired by methods of farming from New Zealand, whose farmers benefit from a soil of exceptional quality for cattle, I have achieved my goal of producing high-quality meat that I've sold locally for many decades. Now, I'd like to share it with the world.

We understand the importance of the ecological food chain in determining meat quality, which is why regenerative farming is our foundation. Our dedication is fueled by the desire to do things the right way, producing meat that's good for you and the environment.
Today, Smallman's Cattle Company is a trusted leader in farm-to-table meat production. We offer pasture-raised beef, using very little chemical fertilizer with our 2025 goal is to use none. Our methods exclude animal crowding and GMO grains, ensuring a healthy product. This approach aligns with our vision of sustainability, resulting in consistently flavorful and high-quality meat for your family.
